Flügger continues as main sponsor for 'Danmarks Stafetten'

Seven exciting stages are in store for the participating companies. They will begin in Roskilde on 31 January 2021, and finish in Viborg on 6 February while live on DR TV’s massive fundraising show on television.

“It is fantastic that Flügger is continuing its close partnership with Danmarks Indsamling, particularly with Flügger Danmarks Stafetten. In 2020, Flügger’s involvement significantly boosted Danmarks Stafetten, and together we are continuing this development. Cycling the seven stages will be an experience for everyone, and we’ll be passing through some of the most beautiful areas of Denmark, mainly on gravel and woodland tracks.”

Despite the somewhat harsh time of the year, the participants can expect a truly unique cycling experience, and it was obvious to Flügger that it should continue its collaboration following the success of 2020.

Seven exciting stages

31 January: Roskilde – Korsør
1 February: Svendborg – Odense
2 February: Kolding – Gram 
3 February: Esbjerg – Nymindegab
4 February: Nymindegab – Ringkøbing
5 February: Vejle – Skanderborg
6 February: Randers – Viborg (live finale during the big DR Fundraising Show)

Each stage will take 3-4 hours, except for the Roskilde-Korsør stage, which is expected to take just over 6 hours.
